About this job

Overview: The Associate Licensing Operations supports the efficient administration of licensing processes through application screening, records management, meeting coordination, report preparation, applicant correspondence, and general operational support. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to established procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct preliminary screening of licensing applications against approved criteria and assist in preparing case files, evaluation reports, and supporting documentation. • Record and circulate minutes and action points of evaluation committee and internal coordination meetings. • Maintain licensing databases, trackers, records, and physical/electronic documents, including filing, retrieval, and archiving, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with record-management standards. • Draft routine correspondence and coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information required for application evaluations. • Support the implementation of SOPs, templates, digital tools, workflow enhancements, and process improvements. • Provide administrative and operational support and perform other duties assigned within the scope of the role. Experience Requirements" • Relevant experience in operations, administration, compliance, licensing, regulatory affairs, or similar support functions. • Experience in preparing professional correspondence, reports, and maintaining structured documentation and records. • Experience in data management, document control, and cross-functional coordination will be an advantage. Essential Skills & Competencies • Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to accuracy and quality. • Strong organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks within assigned deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal Urdu & English communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with productivity, document-management, and workflow platforms, including SharePoint. Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s; degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized national or international university.
