Requirements
- B.E or B.Sc (second division) in Civil Engineering from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission and Pakistan Engineering Council
- Registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council
- Three years' service as Senior Sub-Engineer (BS-16) or Sub-Engineer (BS-14) in a functional unit of the department
